The layout offers seamless indoor-outdoor flow, ideal for entertaining. Custom features like gas and log fireplaces, plus a luxurious pool and cabana, created a dream home for the clients.

Coastal Mediterranean Entertaining Haven
Our Turramurra project was a knockdown rebuild for clients who had been waiting 10 years to build their dream home. They wanted a coastal/mediterranean aesthetic, an entertaining haven, and enough space for 5 adults to live comfortably.
We designed an open plan kitchen, dining, and family room with a gas fireplace to create a warm and inviting central hub. Additional spaces include a lounge room and a basement entertainment zone for relaxation and gatherings. Each of the 5 bedrooms features an ensuite, providing privacy and comfort, along with an extra powder room for guests.
Outdoor entertaining was a major focus. We included a fully equipped kitchen with a BBQ and pizza oven, a cozy log fireplace, a beautiful pool, and a relaxing spa. The cabana, complete with an ensuite and kitchenette, offers a perfect retreat.
The project was a lengthy process, but the clients are ecstatic with the final product. The pictures truly capture the beauty and functionality of this dream home.
