About the project

Introducing our Airbnb project, Kingsview, a charming 1970s home along the stunning Hawkesbury River. This spacious property features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and multiple living areas, offering breathtaking views and accommodating 8-10 guests.

Our ongoing renovation focuses on durability, especially due to its popularity during the spring and summer seasons. We’ve completed a Coastal Farmhouse kitchen, lounge and dining area, rumpus/billiard room, new stairs, laundry, bunkroom, and downstairs bathroom.

Currently, we are finalising designs for four bedrooms with built-ins, splitting one bathroom into two ensuites, renovating another, and adding an ensuite to the main bedroom, ensuring every bedroom has its own bathroom.

Guided by the principle of Organic Australian Living, our design is inspired by the surrounding landscape, making Kingsview the perfect blend of comfort, durability, and natural beauty. Stay tuned for more updates!
